Your Right to Deletion
At Isi AI (operated by EzTask SpA), we respect your right to request the deletion of any personal data we have collected about you through our platform or through our integrations with Shopify, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and other third-party services.
How to Request Deletion
To request the deletion of your data, send an email to soporte@getisi.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the following information:
- Full name associated with your Isi account
- Account email that you registered with Isi
- If you are requesting the deletion of data obtained via Meta (Facebook/Instagram): your Facebook User ID or the Business Portfolio ID involved
- If you are requesting the deletion of data obtained via Shopify: your store domain
- A brief description of the data you want to delete (or "all my data")
What Happens Next
1. Confirmation (within 72 hours)
You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request and verifying your identity.
2. Processing (up to 30 days)
We will proceed to delete the requested data from our production systems, active backups, and analytics databases. This process may take up to 30 calendar days from the date of your request.
3. Final confirmation
Once the deletion is complete, you will receive a final email confirming that your data has been deleted from all our systems.
Exceptions to Deletion
Certain data may be retained for legal or contractual requirements, even after a deletion request:
• Accounting and tax records: retained for 6 years under Chilean regulations
• Billing and payment data: retained in accordance with financial regulations
• Security logs: retained for 90 days for incident investigation
• Aggregate anonymized data: may be kept for analysis without personal identification
Revoke Access from Meta or Shopify
You can also revoke Isi's access to your accounts directly from each platform. This will stop future data collection, but data already synced will be deleted only through the request described above.
Meta / Facebook / Instagram
Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → find "Isi.ai Marketing Analytics" → Remove
Go to Facebook settings →Shopify
In your Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → find Isi → Uninstall
