3. Account Terms

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

5.1. Some services may require payment. Prices are available on our pricing page and may change with prior notice.
5.2. Payments are recurring according to the selected plan (monthly or annual) and will renew automatically unless you cancel.
5.3. All prices are in Chilean pesos (CLP) and do not include VAT unless otherwise stated.
5.4. We do not offer refunds for partial service periods.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. The service and its original content, features, and functionality are the property of EzTask SpA and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2. You retain all rights to the data you upload to our platform. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely for the purpose of providing you the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EzTask SpA shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- The cost of procuring substitute goods or services
- Any matter beyond our reasonable control
8. Termination
8.1. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the cancellation tools in the platform.
8.2. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service.

9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through a notice on our platform or by email. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Santiago, Chile.
