Yes, with no time limit. You create your account with no card, connect your store, and Isi studies your brand and builds campaigns, emails, automations and segments as drafts. You can generate up to 5 campaigns with Isi and see a preview of your results report. To publish on Meta and Google, send emails or turn on automations, you turn on the Isi Plan.

CLP 30.000 + VAT a month. It includes 3,000 emails a month, 1 published campaign a month, 5 active automations, 5 AI segmentations a month and 2 new brand studies a month, plus Ads suggestions, chat with Isi and the full report. If you're short on something, you move up a tier on just that: emails to 10,000 (+CLP 30.000) or 30,000 (+CLP 50.000); campaigns to 4 (+CLP 25.000) or 10 (+CLP 50.000); automations to 10 (+CLP 20.000) or 20 (+CLP 35.000); segmentations to 10 (+CLP 15.000) or 15 (+CLP 30.000). All plus VAT. Beyond that, let's talk.

To publish, you turn on the Isi Plan with your card and get up to 14 days free: you pay CLP 0 today (the card is validated with a CLP 0 charge) and the first charge, CLP 35.700 a month with VAT included (CLP 30.000 + VAT), comes when your free days end — you see the exact date before confirming. After that it's charged automatically on the same day each month. The free days apply once per brand and start when you turn on the plan, not when you create your account. Until you turn on the plan, you pay nothing.

Yes, anytime, from your account. If you cancel within your free days, you pay nothing. If you cancel later, you keep the plan until the end of the month you already paid for, and the unused part isn't refunded. Either way your account goes back to the free preview, with what you built still saved.

Yes, from your account. If you move a tier up, it applies immediately and the prorated difference is added to your next invoice. If you move it down or remove it, the change runs from the next cycle.

The Isi Plan is paid by card through Mercado Pago, charged automatically on the same day each month. If a charge fails, Mercado Pago retries on its own; only if it stops retrying will we ask you to pay that bill manually from your account. If you need direct invoicing, write to us.

Mercado Pago retries the charge for up to 10 days and your plan keeps working in the meantime; we email you each time. If the payment isn't registered by day ten, your account moves to the free preview with everything you built saved, and you can reactivate your plan whenever you want.

Each client brand starts free and turns on its own Isi Plan when it wants to publish.

We use SSL/TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest. Our servers run on secure, certified infrastructure. We follow industry best practices and privacy regulations.

We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. We only share information with essential service providers (such as hosting) that are contractually bound to protect it.

If you cancel, we delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where we must retain it for legal reasons. You can request a copy of your data before canceling.
